Internal resorption is a rare lesion in permanent teeth. Managing perforating internal resorption is a great challenge for dentists. This report presents a successful surgical treatment of a maxillary central incisor that had an extensive root perforation due to internal resorption utilizing mineral trioxide aggregate and glass ionomer cement as perforation repair material and fiber post to reinforce the tooth strength. Clinical Relevance To Interdisciplinary Dentistry
  • Endodontic, periodontic and prosthetic approach was done to stop resorption, for better visualization and reinforcement of tooth structure respectively.
